Taft 41, Granada Hills 29--Cary Dove threw four touchdown passes and ran for another to lead Taft (7-2, 4-1) to a convincing West Valley League victory at Granada Hills (6-3, 2-3).
Dove, a junior, completed 19 of 34 passes for 326 yards and connected with Paul Pratt for three scoring strikes. Justin Tryon rushed for 167 yards and one touchdown in 23 carries for the Toreadors, who clinched second in league.
