Woman Shot to Death; Her Boyfriend Wounded

A woman was killed and her boyfriend wounded early Tuesday, apparently by a jealous ex-lover, authorities said.
Talethia Strong, 23, was fatally shot and Louie Esparza, 33, was wounded in Strong’s home on Citrus Avenue, police said. The suspect, Guadalupe Tovar, 34, is believed to have fled in a white 1986 Nissan 300ZX.
Strong was trying to get a restraining order against Tovar, a San Bernardino County sheriff’s spokesperson said.
