Faulk had been senior vice president of operations for the Americas at Fluor Daniel’s energy and chemicals unit.

PacifiCare Health Systems Inc. in Santa Ana promoted Ferial Bahremand to senior vice president of provider network development and management, a new position.

Stewart Goldberg was named executive director of Paparelli & Partners in Irvine. Goldberg most recently was director of operations for Premier Practice Management.

Safeco Select Insurance

Peter Lo has been appointed senior vice president and director of management information systems for Safeco Select Insurance Services in Santa Ana. Before joining the company, Lo was chief information officer for Vista Paint Corp. in Fullerton.

First American Title

Frank J. Curry has been appointed senior vice president of the Los Angeles escrow division of Santa Ana-based First American Title Insurance Co. Curry had been executive vice president and chief operating officer of Long Beach Financial Corp. Robert J. Hauser has been appointed regional vice president of First American’s North Atlantic region.

FutureLink

Howard E. Taylor and Harold S. Blue have been added to the board of FutureLink Corp. in Lake Forest. They succeed Michael S. Falk and Timothy P. Flynn. Taylor has been chief executive and president of FutureLink since December. Blue is executive vice president of Commonwealth Associates, a New York merchant bank, and vice chairman of Proxy Med Inc., a health-care information systems company.
