In the first attack at 9:30 p.m., Oh-Kun Kwon, an employee at Ken of Japan on Cochran Street, was arguing with a co-worker in the kitchen when a third employee stabbed him and fled, authorities said.
Kwon, 21, of Simi Valley was in stable condition Saturday night at Simi Valley Hospital and the suspect remained at large, police said.
At 11 p.m. at a house party on Alta Vista Road, 27-year-old Mark Ricks of Northridge was attacked by an unknown assailant. He was also treated at Simi Valley Hospital. His injuries were not life-threatening, police said.
