The crash of Internet advertising claimed another victim, Daily Radar, a Web site that has over the last two years become an authority on the video game industry. The site is owned by San Francisco-based Imagine Media, which publishes gaming magazines, including Next-Generation, PSM2 and PC Gamer. Imagine Media, itself a subsidiary of the Future Network in Bath, England, has been searching for a buyer for its Business 2.0 flagship magazine. Daily Radar attracted 2 million users a month and generated 2 million hits a day. Many of its 18 employees have been laid off, with several offered positions at other Imagine Media publications.
