ESynch, New York Firm Drop Plan to Merge
ESynch Corp. a Tustin provider of online streaming video products, said Friday its proposed merger agreement with a New York company has been terminated. ESynch said in a press release that, after “complete and independent†reviews, directors of both the company and Streamedia Communications Inc. have chosen not to pursue the merger, which would have made ESynch a wholly owned subsidiary of Streamedia.
