The Irvine maker of communication products reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $6.8 million, or 94 cents a share, contrasted with a profit of $30,000 for the like period last year. Revenue declined 23% to $5.1 million. For the year, the company lost $6.7 million, or 94 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $8.3 million, or $1.18 a share, for the prior year. Revenue was down 23% to $17.1 million.
