The 49ers overcame a 20-point deficit to defeat Pacific, 59-58, on Jan. 27 at Stockton. Travis Reed led the way with 17 points and 10 rebounds.

* LOYOLA MARYMOUNT (21-8) vs. ST. MARY’S (24-5) at San Diego, 1 p.m., Fox Sports Net 2--Loyola reached its first West Coast Conference tournament final with a 73-56 victory Friday over San Francisco. The Lions will reach the NCAA tournament for the first time if they get past the conference co-champion Gaels, although there’s a good chance both teams will be selected regardless of the outcome. The teams split two regular-season meetings, Loyola winning, 73-68, at Loyola and St. Mary’s winning, 78-69, at St. Mary’s. Bryn Britton averaged 27.5 points against the Gaels.
