Repaving Will Close or Clog Some Streets

Drivers in the area are advised to avoid some city streets through much of the fall while rubberized asphalt paving work is done, officials said.
From August through November, lane closures and congestion are expected on Paseo de Valencia between Laguna Hills Drive and El Toro Road, on El Toro Road between Paseo de Valencia and Avenida de la Carlota, and on Avenida de la Carlota between El Toro Road and Los Alisos Boulevard.
