Finally it appears that Tustin City Manager William A. Huston is getting it. Gov. Gray Davis is implored to carefully consider the ramifications of Huston’s admonition that the base closure “affects the entire county.â€
Yes, prudent use of the federal Marine Corps Air Station will impact the nation.
Fortunately, the bills of state Sen. Jose Dunn (D-Santa Ana) and Assemblyman Lou Correa (D-Anaheim) benefit the nation’s work force by prioritizing educational needs of Santa Ana students over commercial development interests of the city of Tustin.
