Badly Decomposed Body Found in Shallow Grave

LAPD detectives are investigating the discovery of a badly decomposed body Wednesday in Pacific Palisades.
A resident walking his dog came across the shallow grave containing the body in a hillside bluff on the 15900 block of Asilomare Boulevard, according to Det. Ron Phillips. The body is unidentifiable, he said.
