Lindsey Medders and Karina Siam each made three of four free throws in the final two minutes and Harvard-Westlake High escaped with a 62-57 Mission League victory Tuesday night at Louisville.

Medders finished with 13 points, and Siam and Erin Stepheson each scored 10 for the Wolverines (19-5, 7-0 in league play).

Sara Kelso’s fourth three-pointer with one minute remaining pulled the Royals (11-10, 4-3) to within 57-56.

Kelso finished with 18 points.

Megan Wiser, who averages 17.8 points for Louisville, was held scoreless in the fourth quarter by a box-and-one defense that used freshman Stefanie Clark as the chaser.

Wiser scored 10 points in the first quarter and finished with 16 points.

Buena 84, Oxnard 49--Kelly Greathouse had 24 points and 10 rebounds, Courtney Young had 22 points and 11 rebounds, and the Bulldogs (22-0) won a nonleague game at Oxnard.

Sienna Abraham had 13 points and six assists for Oxnard (11-9).

Santa Paula 95, Malibu 20--Sarah Ruiz scored nine of her 27 points in the first quarter, when the Cardinals outscored Malibu, 27-0, in a Frontier League game at Santa Paula.

Ruiz made seven three-point baskets in 13 shots, giving her 67 to break the season school record of 62 held by Tara Sanders.

Ruiz had eight rebounds and seven of Santa Paula’s 33 steals.

Rachel Kolbeck had 19 points and 10 rebounds for the Cardinals (15-5, 5-0).

Oak Park 75, Carpinteria 61--Kim Bryan had 23 points and 17 rebounds for the Eagles (16-5, 7-0) in a Tri-Valley League victory at Oak Park.

Sarah Grieve had 33 points for Carpinteria (12-9, 4-3).

Burroughs 63, Valencia 53--Sarah Larquier had 13 points and 18 rebounds for the Indians (11-12, 3-4) in a Foothill League victory at Burroughs.

Paraclete 54, Marshall 36--Jackie Kolesar scored 14 of her 33 points in the third quarter to lead the Spirits to victory in an Alpha League game at Paraclete.

Kolesar had six assists and five steals for Paraclete (11-11, 5-1), which is tied for first place with L.A. Baptist.

Camarillo 53, Rio Mesa 38--Lauren Stroot scored 20 points to lead the Scorpions to a Pacific View League victory at Rio Mesa.

Gillian Lillich had 15 points and 10 steals for Camarillo (17-5, 4-1).

Montclair Prep 58, Crossroads 51--Eshaya Murphy had 25 points and 15 rebounds as the Mounties (18-0, 7-0) clinched a share of the Delphic League title at Crossroads.

Santa Clara 55, Nordhoff 52--Christine Mullen’s three-pointer with one minute left gave the Saints the lead, and Ashley Biggins made two free throws to secure the victory in a Frontier League game at Santa Clara.

Mullen finished with 13 points and Biggins scored all 11 of her points in the second half for Santa Clara (10-10, 4-1).

Freshman Alison Bennet had 17 points and 17 rebounds for Nordhoff (10-12, 3-3), which outrebounded Santa Clara, 54-41.

Antelope Valley 82, Quartz Hill 54--Jacquana Young scored 36 points and had 15 rebounds to lead the Antelopes to a Golden League victory at Antelope Valley.

Crystal McCutcheon added 17 points and 11 assists for Antelope Valley (21-3, 7-0).
