No. 7 Iowa State Holds Off Kansas

Angie Welle scored 17 points and Erica Haugen made three key three-pointers as No. 7 Iowa State overcame a lackluster offensive game to beat Kansas, 67-48, Wednesday night at Ames, Iowa.
Haugen finished with 13 points for Iowa State, 12-1 overall and 3-0 in the Big 12 Conference. Kansas (6-7, 0-2) lost for the fourth straight time.
No. 11 Texas Tech 84, No. 23 Baylor 61--Jia Perkins scored 23 points as Texas Tech (12-2, 3-0) beat previously unbeaten Baylor (13-1, 2-1) in a Big 12 game at Lubbock, Texas.
No. 12 Rutgers 81, Providence 76--Kourtney Walton led Rutgers (9-4, 2-1) with 19 points in a Big East win over Providence (6-6, 0-3) at Providence, R.I.
No. 17 Oklahoma 85, No. 14 Texas 74--Jen Cunningham scored a career-high 18 points and had 12 rebounds to lead Oklahoma (10-4, 2-1) to an upset of Texas (13-4, 1-2) in a Big 12 game at Norman, Okla.
