Hileman Co. will break ground on its 275,000-square-foot, $40-million Arbors technology campus in Thousand Oaks on Jan. 24. Completion of the first building is expected in July, and construction of two additional buildings is scheduled to follow immediately but could start sooner, depending on leasing activity, the company said. The project is a redevelopment of a former Teledyne Electronics site that has been largely vacant for more than 10 years, according to developer Jack Hileman. The Arbors fronts the 101 Freeway near Wendy Drive.
