What Are You Drinking?
“I’ve been drinking the ’98 Chablis. They’re tasting rather delicious. And what we’ve been talking about is how curious it is that you don’t see a lot of Chablis in America, that we like traditional white Burgundies or big Chardonnays. It seems like we’re missing out on it .... I like the fact that Chablis are probably more complex but, in a higher sense, not quite as oaky.’
