The Garden Grove data storage and communication components company said net income for the fourth quarter rose 27% to $730,000, or 7 cents a share, from $576,000, or 5 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue rose to $46.4 million from $14.7 million. Net income for 2000 more than doubled to $1.4 million, or 13 cents a share, from $669,000, or 7 cents a share, the previous year. Revenue grew to $122 million from $34.3 million.

The company attributed the gains to expanded business in China, which contributed more than 50% of the company’s revenue and earnings.
