The Santa Ana provider of production and work-flow software systems for the title and real estate industries said net income for the fourth quarter totaled a record $2.5 million, contrasted with a year-earlier net loss of $2.7 million. Fourth-quarter per-share amounts were not provided. Revenue rose 51% to $34.8 million. Net income for the quarter totaled $1.9 million, or 14 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $7.1 million, or 92 cents a share, for 1999. Revenue was up 19% to $113.2 million.
