Renegades Advance to Connie Mack Finals

The Orange County Renegades, who won the Western Region with a 4-3, 10-inning victory over Arizona Tuesday, will begin play in the Connie Mack World Series today in Farmington, N.M.
The Renegades are the third Orange County-based team in the last five years to make the world series.
Key players on the team are Sean Boatright (Trabuco Hills High), Nick McMillan (Placentia El Dorado), David Ortiz (Anaheim Loara), Pete Eastman (Anaheim Servite) and Hector Ambriz (Placentia Valencia). Si Pettrow is the coach.
