A Los Angeles judge denied convicted murderer Robert Rosenkrantz’s request Wednesday to be released from state prison on $100,000 bail pending appeal.
In his ruling, Superior Court Judge Paul Gutman cited a California Supreme Court decision ordering Rosenkrantz to remain in prison while the 2nd District Court of Appeal decides whether he was unlawfully denied parole.
