SEASON AT A GLANCE: After shattering a Southern Section record by pitching 292 1/3 consecutive innings last season, Cervenka (11-1) has picked up where she left off. The hard-throwing right-hander has allowed only two runs in 12 games and has a streak of 163 1/3 innings without allowing an earned run. She has struck out 145 and allowed 20 hits in 81 2/3 innings.

WEEK AT A GLANCE: Cervenka, who will attend Long Beach State, threw a perfect game with nine strikeouts against Glendale on Thursday, had a one-hitter with 12 strikeouts against Hueneme on Wednesday and allowed one hit in three innings in a 40-0 victory over Pasadena.
