The Bush administration will fund the next installment of El Segundo-based Computer Sciences’s $3-billion contract to modernize the Internal Revenue Service’s computers, agency Commissioner Charles O. Rossotti said. Rossotti said President Bush’s budget for 2002 will include $397 million for the agency to begin building its new systems. The contract is one of the largest nonmilitary contracts in the government.
