Regarding “Bargain Hunters Cut Realty Costs” by Jennifer Oldham, March 18: In response to Richard Stinnett’s allegation that it only takes only a couple hours’ work to sell a home, I challenge him to sell my home in two hours and I will pay him a 6% commission.
