Charles McBrayer Joins Efinity as a Director

Charles W. McBrayer has joined the board of directors of Efinity Inc. in Aliso Viejo. He is the former executive vice president and chief financial officer of PairGain Technologies Inc. and former senior vice president, chief financial officer and director for Triconex Corp.
* Fred Robertson has joined the board of directors of Masimo Corp. in Irvine. Most recently, Robertson was chief clinical officer of GE Medical Systems.
* Richard Collins has been appointed European managing director for Quantum/ATL in Irvine. He was formerly sales director for Sequent Computer Systems.
* Michael L. Wood has been appointed leasing manager for the Commercial Property Services division of Sares-Regis Group, overseeing the Southern California region. Before joining the company, he was vice president of William R. Wood & Associates.
* John Mathis has been named vice president and associate general counsel, regulatory affairs, for Irvine-based Edison Mission Energy, an Edison International company. Mathis is located in the Washington, D.C., office. Before joining the company, Mathis was a senior partner in the energy group of Hogan and Hartson, a law practice that specializes in electric industry regulatory and restructuring issues.
* Scott Berry has been named vice president of product development for LoanTrader.com in Irvine. Previously, Berry held senior positions in technology development with Tuttle Decision Systems Inc. and Old Kent Mortgage.
