The City Council agreed last week to create a city ordinance that would limit campaign contributions and expenditures in all municipal elections. City Manager Leslie Keane said the council hopes to set fund limits at its next council meeting, Oct. 18. “It’s an issue that every city is concerned about,” Keane said. Information: (949) 452-0600.
