The deadline for the Historical and Cultural Society’s annual photo contest is Oct. 30. The society is asking photographers of all ages to “capture their favorite vision or scene in Seal Beach.”
In addition to various prizes, the winning photo will be displayed at City Hall and all photos will be part of an exhibit at the Red Car Museum on Electric Avenue. Information: (562) 683-1874.
