The southbound I-5 on-ramp at Chapman Avenue is scheduled to reopen today. The ramp had been closed for about three months while workers reconfigured the ramp and southbound freeway lanes.
The changes will give drivers direct access to the westbound Garden Grove Freeway and improve traffic in that area. Information: (800) 724-0353.
