Time for the Weekly Paul Hackett Show

Times change. I used to love the fall. Changing colors, crisp weather, and USC football. My wife and I would attend picnics in Alumni Park and follow the band over to the Coliseum. The last three years of Mike Garrett and his pal Paul Hackett have really messed that ritual up! The return trip back to campus after the game is now a Maalox moment thanks to these two dunces.

Kids who went to school in Southern California and are now playing in Oregon or Arizona regularly beat the Trojans. I know Hackett can’t coach; now I know he can’t recruit either.

Dr. Sample, you have done a wonderful job in academics at USC. However, to be elevated to the pantheon of great USC presidents, you have a deed to perform. Please issue walking papers to Garrett and Hackett ASAP. Restore the season of fall for USC football fans! It will be a long, cold winter if you don’t.
