The Lake Forest medical products company said net income for the third quarter fell to $258,000, or 2 cents a share, from $1.1 million, or 7 cents a share, for last year’s third quarter. Revenue was down 5% to $7.4 million. The company said the latest third-quarter results reflect a higher income tax rate required by an accounting change.
