* Mattel Inc.’s Fisher-Price unit said it plans to sell a new line of children’s apparel based on Fisher-Price toys. Fisher-Price said it will design and manufacture the clothing and sell it via mail catalogs and over the Internet. Shares in El Segundo-based Mattel closed off 31 cents at $11.31 on the NYSE.
