Westlake 56, Simi Valley 2--Westlake’s dominated at Simi Valley.
The Warriors (4-1, 2-0) scored on their first six possessions. Todd Feiereisen’s first four completions were scoring passes, all in the first quarter.
He connected with John White on scoring passes of 43 and 11 yards. Joe Lemma and Ryan Foltz caught touchdown passes of 29 and 31 yards. Feiereisen completed five of 11 for 128 yards.
Jon Lakatos rushed for 106 yards in 10 carries, including a 52-yard touchdown run. Weems had 82 yards in nine carries, including scoring runs of two and 18 yards.
Simi Valley (0-5, 0-2), which was held to 88 yards, did not have a first down until late in the third quarter on a penalty.
