Sheriff’s Department Issues Arrest Warrants on Four People

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking four people for allegedly failing to appear in court or violating probation. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Jessica Yvette Pena, 20, allegedly violated the terms of her probation on a welfare fraud conviction.

She is Latina, 5 feet 2, 110 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. Pena last lived in the 5000 block of Colima Street in Camarillo.

Antonio Ortiz Fernandez Jr., 19, allegedly violated his probation on convictions for vehicle theft and evading police. He last lived in the 1100 block of West Fir Street in Oxnard.

Fernandez is Latino, 5 feet 10, 130 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

Johnny Caro, who also uses the last name Laro, 18, allegedly escaped from custody before appearing in court on drug possession charges. He last lived in the 7800 block of Barstow Street in Ventura.

Caro is Latino, 5 feet 10, 145 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

Clint Allen Bucholz, 26, allegedly failed to appear in court on a petty theft charge. He last lived in the 100 block of West Loop Drive in Camarillo.

He is white, 6 feet, 165 pounds and has brown hair, blue eyes and tribal bands tattooed on both arms.

Anyone with information should call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK or 494-TALK. There is a cash reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
