The Planning Commission today will consider plans to relocate a branch library from Weir Canyon Road to Santa Ana Canyon Road and a police substation from Dream Street to Santa Ana Canyon Road. The commission will also consider suggestions to rezone the library lot for single-family homes. The land from the current police substation is being considered for open space.
