Swedish Subsidiary to Buy DataCD Operation

DataCD Inc. of Woodland Hills has agreed to sell its optical media testing equipment operation to AudioDev USA Inc., a subsidiary of Audio Dev of Stockholm.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Both companies test and distribute digital video disks and related products.
