Youth Delivers for Birmingham

Sophomores Chad Green and Eric Ochoa of Birmingham have stamped themselves as two of the best young players in the region.
As a receiver, Green is averaging 28.9 yards a catch with four touchdowns. As a cornerback, he has become a superb man-on-man defender.
“As a defensive back, I don’t see any sophomore better,” defensive coordinator Jim Rose said.
Ochoa, an inside linebacker, is the Patriots’ leading tackler.
