Servite Wins North O.C. Water Polo Tournament

Servite junior Vincent Bevins scored five goals and freshman Adam Hewko had four to lead the No. 9 Friars to a 13-4 victory over Los Angeles Loyola in the championship game of the North Orange County boys’ water polo tournament Saturday.
John Finnerty had three goals and Jeff Paquet scored one for Servite (22-6). Friar goalkeeper Mark deGrasse made eight saves.
In an earlier game, Servite beat La Verne Bonita, 12-2. Bevins scored four goals and deGrasse made 16 saves.
