Investors Pay $1.7 Million for Simi Auto Center

The Simi Auto Center in Simi Valley has been purchased for $1.7 million by area investors.
The Condos Family Trust has acquired the center, 1842 E. Los Angeles Ave. The seller was Simi Valley Associates, represented in the transaction by Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services in Westlake Village. Capital Commercial represented the buyer.
The one-acre auto center is a concrete block facility that has been fully leased for nine years by six tenants, most with long-term leases. The anchor tenant is Winston Tire.
