Cal State Fullerton is ranked fourth in the state and ninth in the nation for awarding bachelor degrees to the highest number of Latino students, according to a recent report by Hispanic Outlook in Higher Education.
In the 1997-98 academic year, 735 Latinos received bachelor degrees from Cal State Fullerton, university officials said.
