The Cure’s grip on Southland fans shows no signs of loosening. Its latest album, “Bloodflowers,” entered the Southern California pop chart at No. 4 when it hit stores in February. The gothic-rock faithful have several opportunities to catch front man Robert Smith and his cohorts in the days ahead, beginning with the group’s show today in Irvine.
