The Planning Commission will review an application by PacBell to mount three sets of cellular antennas and a microwave dish on the sides of an Edison power line tower. The application was filed before a 45-day moratorium on permits for cellular antennas was approved this month by the City Council. The Edison tower is between Universe and Edinger avenues. The meeting is at 6:30 tonight at City Hall.
