A free workshop will introduce Orange County residents to their county’s 2000-01 budget. The workshop will be in the multipurpose room of the County Library Administration Building from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday. Topics that will be discussed include Proposition 10, foster care, community revitalization, urban runoff and the sheriff-marshal merger.
