Calabasas Woman Killed in Car Crash

A 41-year-old Calabasas woman died when her car drifted off a road and plowed into a fence, officials said Monday.
The woman was westbound on Mureau Road, near Las Virgenes Road on Sunday afternoon when for unknown reasons she drifted to the right and struck a fence post, said CHP Officer Shirley Gaines. The woman, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.
