India and Nepal

Thank you for the Wander Year series about the couple taking a year off to travel around the world. I am so disappointed that they did not have good experiences in India. I have been there four times, and it has been one of my most interesting travel experiences.
The couple seemed to think they found paradise in Nepal after India. I too found the Nepalese eager to please. One night I went to a show put on by Nepalese dancing, singing, etc. After the first number, I remembered I was supposed to meet another traveler at my hotel, so I left the performance. The ushers came rushing after me to find out if I did not like the performance or if they had done something wrong.
