The Maternal Outreach Management System--MOMS--is having an open house and appreciation reception Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. The community-based nonprofit organization, at 1212 N. Broadway, provides access to prenatal care and services for low-income and postpartum women and their babies. It also provides education, referrals and support. Information: (714) 972-2610.
