The City Council will not meet on its normally scheduled day Tuesday because three of the council members are unable to attend. The meeting, which was to include consideration of a parking permit program in the Capistrano Villas neighborhood, has been rescheduled for 7 p.m. May 31 at City Hall, 32400 Paseo Adelanto.
