Residents will have an opportunity to speak to the city’s future beginning today at the Vision Fair.
The event, held by the Vision Laguna Steering Committee, is intended to give residents an opportunity to help create a city vision plan for the next 30 years.
Traffic, tourism, street widths, housing, open space and business are among the topics that the plan, expected to be drafted in about a year, will address.
An “Evening with Futurists,” a discussion on the effects of social and technological development, will kick off the event, which will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. at City Hall, 505 Forest Ave.
The fair will continue Saturday, from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 4 p.m. at Laguna Beach High School, 625 Park Ave.
