Bowman Is Interim Chief of PharmaPrint

PharmaPrint Inc., the struggling Irvine herbal supplements maker that lost its only major customer last fall, said on Thursday it has named Steven A. Bowman as interim chief executive officer.
He fills a vacancy created when C. Richard Piazza resigned last month as chairman and chief executive after only seven months at the company.
Bowman is a senior partner and co-founder of an independent consulting firm specializing in financial advisory services to corporate clients, PharmaPrint said.
