InSight to Buy Stake in Pennsylvania Firm

InSight Health Services Corp., a Newport Beach diagnostic-imaging company, said Thursday it has signed definitive agreements to acquire a 90% interest in a diagnostic-imaging center in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
Terms of the contract, including the name of the center, were not released.
InSight said in a press release it will use a subsidiary to acquire the stake in the center.
