The Friends of the Rancho Santa Margarita Library will present a free lecture by Gary Matsuoka of the Laguna Hills Nursery at 7 p.m. April 25.
The lecture will feature tips and techniques for planting a spring garden. Matsuoka is a certified California Nursery Professional and received the Orange County Nurseryman of the Year award in 1999.
