Injured Santa Ana Pedestrian Dies

A 50-year-old Santa Ana woman hit by a car Friday has died of her injuries, authorities said.
Susan Jo Chacon was at Main Street and Goetz Avenue in Santa Ana about 8:45 p.m. Friday when she walked into a traffic lane from the center divider, said Santa Ana Sgt. Raul Luna.
Chacon, who police said had been drinking, stepped out in front of a car going south on Main Street, Luna said. She died Sunday at Western Medical Center-Santa Ana.
