Off the Bolt Inc. Leases New Site to Use as Retail Showroom

Off the Bolt Inc. has leased 15,000 square feet of retail space at the Marketplace at Plaza del Norte in Oxnard.
Terms of the 10-year lease were not disclosed.
Off the Bolt will be expanding and relocating from the Marketplace Home Furnishings Center into its new location, which it will use as a retail showroom of fabrics, upholstery, trims and home furnishings accessories.
Other tenants at Plaza del Norte, 1881 E. Ventura Blvd., include Marshalls, Home Base, Sports Chalet and Office Depot.
NAI Capital Commercial represented Off the Bolt in the transaction. Oxnard del Norte Associates, owner of the leased site, was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
